We take the hosting of our client's websites and email very seriously!
All our hosting is on servers in a London-based data centre with whom we have worked for over 10 years - all servers are monitored 24hrs a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year with nightly backups.
Where clients have very specific requirements and/or their website receives very high traffic levels we can provide dedicated servers that can handle any level of traffic thrown at them.
All clients have access to a secure control panel (see screenshot on right) that allows them to control all aspects of hosting and email directly.
Domain Names
We can register any domain names you require with any of the hundreds of domain extensions available world-wide. Just email us your requirements and we can check availability and cost for you.

.uk domains
All .uk domain names we register for our clients (e.g. .co.uk, .org.uk) are provided on the basis that you accept the terms and conditions of Nominet (the national registry for .uk domains names). These terms and conditions can be found here.
Real Time Audio is a registrar of Nominet, who are the internet registry for all .uk domain names.

By confirming a domain name order with Real Time Audio you are accepting both the terms and conditions set by Real Time Audio and Nominet.
Real Time Audio offers the service of registering and managing your domains on your behalf (the registrant) including renewals, updates and maintenance under the tag RTA.
All domains ending with .uk (including .co.uk, .org.uk etc.) are charged at £15 + VAT for a 2 year registration period for each domain and after that for each renewal period.
We do not charge for transferring an existing domain name over the Real Time Audio Nominet TAG but there will be a charge for the change of Registrant name as per Nominets terms.
Real Time Audio will confirm all company and registrant details with you prior to registering your domain.
Once registered it will be your responsibility to advise us of any changes to these details.
All .uk domains are renewed on a bi-annual basis.
Real Time Audio will automatically renew all domains on your behalf 30 days before the expiry date unless otherwise specified by the registrant.
Customer Service Level
We aim to provide the very highest level of service and aim to provide an effective and friendly experience for all our customers at all times.
Our office is available to answer your calls during office hours. Where possible all telephone enquiries will be responded to when you first call. If we cannot answer your query immediately we will take your details, find out the information you need and call you back within two working days..
All written enquiries are dealt with in order received and you will receive a response within two working days.
Complaints We are committed to providing high standards of service to all our customers but understand that sometimes things can go wrong. If you are not satisfied with any part of our domain name service or require to report any abuse, then we want to know about it. We will resolve your complaint as quickly as possible and if appropriate provide an explanation as to what went wrong and how we will seek to resolve the issue.
