In the case of domain name registration this will be the relevant registry i.e. Nominet for *.uk domains. This escalation information will be provided within three working days of you informing us that you are dissatisfied with our initial response.If you have concern that a customer of ours is using a domain name illegally or abusively please email abuse@rtanet.com and we will deal with your message promptly and efficiently to ensure you receive a response with 3 working days.
